 Spectator Info May 15-16th

A polite reminder for ALL facilities:

  • Face Masks ARE REQUIRED at all times
  • Players MUST WEAR face masks on the field and in the dugout
  • Coaches MUST WEAR face masks at all times
  • Spectators are required to wear a face mask “car to car”, which means from the parking lot, in green spaces, inside the gates, etc.
  • When your team is finished playing YOU MUST LEAVE THE PARK IMMEDIATELY – including your spectators, - this means no team meetings, no team gatherings or lunch in the common areas or green space at any facility, no ‘hanging out’ in shared/open spaces inside the facility gates.
  • Spectators MUST REMAIN in their cars until 10 min, prior to game time
  • NO congregating allowed in the parking lot.
  • Please do not congregate in the green space by the front entrance of Crater
  • Social Distancing: required by everyone present at all times.
 North Marion May 15/16th:
SPECIFIC TO NMarion: ALL COACHES must record; however, they like- a list of all households who attend the N Marion venue, including a headcount from that household and a contact number for the family.
  • TEAM PLAYING can have 35 SPECTATORS.
  • The 35 spectators must sit along the 1st and 3rd baselines, and fan out along the field and wrap up and around the Home Run fence area, keeping 6 feet social distance from people outside their home.
  • Teams who have a break in their schedule MUST LEAVE the park until they can return for their warm up time.
  • NO ADDITIONAL SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED after the 35.
  • To be clear – N Marion = Players + Coaches + (1) Scorekeeper + 35 Spectators.
MASKS are required at ALL TIMES, from the parking lot to the field, to the dugout, to bathrooms, concessions, and around the Home Run Fence: North Marion has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy, and anyone who is not wearing a mask, or refuses to wear a mask, will be escorted from the venue, and their team will be removed from the competition.  (You may eat, but you may not casually sip a drink, have a sucker or other candy that delay’s putting your mask back on).  .
*updated 03/08/2021
Due to the changing metrics in every county, and the adjust to every county's risk level every two weeks by the State of Oregon, we cannot state field capacity numbers, or spectator allowance until the week of play, however, the number can change at any time. We will keep this information updated here, on the home page, every week.  Please check back weekly to be up to date on capacity maximums.
