Step Three:  Fill out the online acceptance and e-sign your agreement to the terms.
NAFA “Back to the Fields” Guidelines
COACH CAMP/TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES:
  1. All Coaches/Players must answer these state mandated questions before every camp session or tournament:
    1. Do you have a fever?
    2. Have you had a cough, fever, or any other symptoms in the prior 14 days?
    3. Have you been around anyone who has COVID-19 in the prior 14 days?
COACH CAMP/TOURNAMENT GENERAL HEALTH GUIDANCE:
  1. Check for new cough and fever for anyone entering the camp facility/area or interacting with campers and staff. Individuals with a fever greater than or equal to 100.4° F should not be allowed to enter. COVID-19 does not always present with temperature or new cough. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever and new cough, as well as, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; fever; chills; muscle pain; sore throat; and new loss of taste or smell.
  2. Communicate advice and guidance to parents not to bring their camper to camp, if they or anyone in their household have recently had an illness with fever or a new cough. They should remain home for at least 10 days after illness onset and until 72 hours after fever is gone, without use of fever reducing medicine, and COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, and diarrhea) are improving. Staff or campers who have a cough that is not a new onset cough (e.g. asthma, allergies, etc.), do not need to be excluded from camp. Camps may consider collecting information about existing conditions that cause coughing on intake forms.
  3. Restrict from camp any player/camper or coaching staff known to have been exposed (e.g., by a household member) to COVID-19 within the preceding 14 days.
  4. If anyone who has entered camp is diagnosed with COVID-19, report you must report this to NAFA immediately.
  5. Report to NAFA any cluster of illness among the summer camp program staff or students.
COACH CAMP SESSION REQUIREMENTS:
  1. You must remind player/coaches to wash their hands frequently.
  2. You must prohibit the sharing of equipment.
  3. You must ensure every player has their own labeled water source.
  4. All Coaches must wear a face mask/covering at all times, gloves are recommended.
  5. Players must wear a face mask/covering whenever they are not playing.
  6. You must maintain a stable group of less than TEN campers/players on the field, and a group of less than FIVE camper/players in the outfield at all times. (This number does NOT include staff/Coaches, this is TEN campers/players and ONE or TWO staff/Coaches with each staple group.)
