Register For Tournaments

Thank you very much for making us the #1 Girls Fast Pitch Tournament Operator in the Northwest.
We will continue to take your comments and suggestions to improve our program. The following guidelines will be used for our girls fast pitch softball tournaments. These guidelines have been established through your coaches, parents and player’s comments and suggestions since 1996. We thank you for your input and hope you continue to advise us on how you feel we can make softball better for everyone.
  • Four games will be guaranteed (3 on some special one day events) for most Youthfastpitch.com regular season events. Special events and events run by others will have different entry fees. We will have round robin pool play on Saturday which will qualify ALL teams into a modified elimination format on Sunday (normally two games minimum) with upper and lower brackets based on the number of teams in the event and field availability. Your pool play results will seed you into Sunday’s brackets.
  • We have contacted the finest umpires early to get them committed for you and they got a well deserved pay raise. Team trophies for 1st through 3rd in upper brackets and 1st and 2nd in lower bracket (when offered). Individual awards awarded to first place in the upper bracket only (13 per team).
  • Entry fees will be due on Friday, the week prior to each event (or sooner if full) so that we can draw up brackets and get them to you early. Brackets will be drawn on Tuesday or after they are full except that major events may be bracketed earlier. Coaches can call for start times or check our website, youthfastpitch.com, after 3pm on Tuesday. You can now register online with your credit card by clicking here.
  • No new inning starts after 80 minutes on Saturday for all but the championship game in upper bracket. Games will be bracketed 90 minutes apart. 8:00 am will be the earliest start on Saturday (Usually 8:30am), 8:00 am or later on Sunday. Late starts may be requested but a $15 fee will be charged as of June 1st for any time requests.
  • Tournaments will be bracketed with game on-game-off format, or double header wherever possible.  We will see whom teams have and haven't played this year.  We will review results to seed the pools.
  • Please register early by email or phone, but your payment must be received on time. Team medical insurance is not required but it is recommended.
  • Team medical insurance purchased from any national group will cover your team for all national affiliations when they play as a team. State law forbids the insurance companies from restricting coverage.

NAFA ABUSE & MOLESTATION POLICY
North American Fastpitch Association (NAFA) and the Players Choice Sports Association (PC) sanctions teams and provides rules for league and tournament play. NAFA & PC does not organize teams, select or approve coaches, players or volunteers for these teams. NAFA & PC strongly recommends that all parents of youth participants, as well as league officials, thoroughly check into the background and character of anyone (coaches, volunteers, or other individuals) that has contact with any minor participant or volunteer of their team or league.
ABUSE & MOLESTATION REPORTING & RESPONSE POLICY
NAFA & PC does not in any way allow or tolerate the abuse of children. If you know or suspect any child abuse (including sexual abuse or molestation's) you must report it immediately to NAFA or PC at (503) 559-5398. NAFA and PC will conduct an investigation, keeping the safety of the children as the first priority. Knowing of instances of abuse and not reporting them may be grounds for dismissal and may result in legal liability. NAFA and PC will then notify the proper authorities regarding the allegations. NAFA and PC has the right to immediately suspend the accused party from participation in any NAFA and PC activity pending the outcome of the investigation.
NAFA understands the passion and desire to get back on the fields, however, until there is a vaccine, cure, or treatment found for COVID-19, we strongly recommend that players, coaches and all spectators adhere to the guidelines and safety precautions presented, and recommends that anyone who is considered 'high-risk' stay home.  The information and guidelines are not meant to replace those given, at any time, by the CDC or other governing bodies, nor should they replace any professional medical advice, or opinions. NAFA does not assume any liability or responsibility for the recommendations herein. Further, NAFA does not assume any liability or responsibility for the health or safety, specifically in regards to the contraction of COVID-19 or any medical issues related to the contraction of COVID-19, by any player, coach, spectator or staff who choose to participate in a NAFA event. Members of the community who have been determined by the CDC, or their medical professional, to be ‘high-risk’ should continue to shelter in place and not participate in attending a NAFA event during this time.
