Be sure to update your 2024 Tourney Machine account with any additions to your roster or changes to your staff: Tourney Team (tourneymachine.com). If you are starting a whole new team then please open a new account. If you have adults in your dugout who have not completed a 2024 NAFA background check or taken 20244 concussion training, please make sure it is done Background check (this needs to be updated each year and only through this link): Application Form (averity.com) Concussion training needs to be one year old or less. it is free to take through HEADS UP to Youth Sports | HEADS UP | CDC Injury Center or NFHS Learn | Interscholastic Education, Made Easy. You need to upload your concussion certificates through the MANAGE FILES area on the DASHBOARD of your tourney machine coach account Proof of Team Insurance with SAM (sexual abuse and molestation) coverage is required. Team insurance purchased through any national group (USA Softball, etc) is accepted or can be purchased from companies such as chappellinsurance.com. The insurance certificate should be uploaded through the MANAGE FILES area on the DASHBOARD of your tourney machine coach account |

Team Medical Insurance
Team medical insurance is not required but it is recommended. Team medical insurance purchased from any national group will cover your team for all national affiliations when they play as a team. State law forbids the insurance companies from restricting coverage.
